PRONE HIP INTERNAL ROTATION ASSESSMENT
Normal ROM: 40-50 degrees
Possible Restrictions:
—–Muscles: Piriformis, Posterior Adductor Magnus, Iliopsoas
—–Joint: Posterior Hip Capsule
SUPINE 90/90 HIP INTERNAL ROTATION ASSESSMENT
Normal ROM: 40-50 degrees
Possible Restrictions:
—–Muscles: TFL/Gluteus Minimus, Adductors
—–Joint: Posterior Hip Capsule, Inferior Hip Capsule
SELF-ADMINISTERED HIP MOBILIZATION
Lateral Distraction w/ 1-2 oscillations/sec for 30 seconds
Lateral Distraction w/ 10-15 flexion-extension cycles
